Fabian Navarro
Fabian Navarro *1990 in Warstein, ist Autor, Slam Poet und Kulturveranstalter. Nach seinem Studium der deutschen Sprache und Literatur und Philosophie in Hamburg zog er nach Wien. Er tritt seit 2008 bei Lesebühnen und Poetry Slams auf, wurde bei den deutschsprachigen Poetry Slam Meisterschaften 2017 Vize-Meister und gewann 2022 und 2023 die Poetry Slam Landesmeisterschaften für Wien und Niederösterreich.
Er ist Teil des Wiener Kulturvereins FOMP , veröffentlichte Texte in Anthologien, der Titanic und der ZEIT. Er gibt Workshops in kreativem Schreiben, digitaler Literatur und Poetry Slam und war im Rahmen dieser Tätigkeit bereits in Projekten in Kapstadt, Yokohama und Tokio unterwegs. Von der Stadt Wien erhielt er das Arbeitsstipendium im Bereich Literatur 2022/2023.
Im Herbst 2020 gab er die Anthologie poesie.exe im SATYR Verlag in Berlin heraus. Sein aktuelles Projekt Eloquentron3000 ein Bot, der Gedichte schreibt lässt sich auf Instagram verfolgen und wurde u.a. im Technischen Museum Wien ausgestellt. Sein erster Roman Miez Marple und die Kralle des Bösen erschien im April 2022 im Goldmann Verlag.

Fabian Navarro
Fabian Navarro *1990 in Warstein, is an author, slam poet and cultural organizer. After studying German language and literature and philosophy in Hamburg, he moved to Vienna. He has been performing at reading stages and poetry slams since 2008, was runner-up at the German-language Poetry Slam Championships in 2017 and won the Poetry Slam State Championships for Vienna and Lower Austria in 2022 and 2023.
He is part of the Viennese cultural association FOMP and has published texts in anthologies, Titanic and ZEIT. He gives workshops in creative writing, digital literature and poetry slam and has already been involved in projects in Cape Town, Yokohama and Tokyo. He received a working grant from the City of Vienna in the field of literature in 2022/2023.
In fall 2020, he published the anthology poesie.exe with SATYR Verlag in Berlin. His current project Eloquentron3000, a bot that writes poems, can be followed on Instagram and was exhibited at the Vienna Museum of Technology, among other places. His first novel Miez Marple und die Kralle des Bösen was published by Goldmann Verlag in April 2022.
